Divest List
CODEPINK has joined with As You Sow to develop a searchable database of commonly held mutual funds and ETFs to determine if your investments are tied to weapons of war. You can find that tool at www.weaponfreefunds.org or at www.codepink.org/divest.
The following list is the companies we are seeking to divest from and the sources of that information.
MAJOR MILITARY CONTRACTORS
To track major military contractors, we use the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) Arms Industry Database. The database contains information on arms-producing and military services, including financial data for arms-producing companies in the OECD and developing countries based on open sources. The public companies from this top 100 list (updated with data through 2020) were used to screen for major military contractors on Weapon Free Funds.
