Member Benefits:

The Divest from the War Machine Coalition is a network of 70+ local, national, and international organizations, representing membership in 175+ countries around the world.

*Membership is open to local, state, national, and international organizations, including non-profits, businesses, unions, faith groups, political parties, and other types of institutions.

*Members share the coalition’s mission to divest (remove invested assets) public & private dollars from companies that derive their profits from U.S. military interventions, the global arms trade, and the militarization of our streets. We are demanding that our municipalities, universities, religious organizations, individual investors, pension & retirement funds, mutual funds, and other institutions stop making a killing on killing. Click here for a short list of the top weapons manufacturers and military contractors from which we are divesting. Read more about the campaign’s mission & purpose here.

*Members participate in quarterly conference calls 4x year to share resources, expertise, and advice, update the coalition on current campaigns, and brainstorm strategic goals.

*Members have access to divestment toolkits and educational resources, as well as customized organizing and campaign planning assistance from the coalition.

*Members are invited to regularly share campaign updates with the coalition, so that the coalition can activate its membership to amplify local, national, and international campaigns.

*Members are invited to provide the coalition with suggestions and ideas for campaigns, petitions, collaborations, or any other advice about how we can work together to grow the war divestment movement.
